In the wild
Over the weekend I got to visit Mukuvisi woodlands. For some of you guys who may not know about this place; Mukuvisi woodlands is a wildlife and environment centre. It is home to a variety of Zimbabwe’s indigenous flora and fauna including zebra, impala, giraffe, wildebeest, eland and crocodile. Mukuvisi woodlands provides recreation opportunities and environment education for Harare’s citizens and visitors.
Seeing the animals and experiencing the refreshing environment made me appreciate the power of God deeply. It was an awesome experience to say the least.
Even though the trip was very short, I know I needed the experience and it was eye-opening. These pasts weeks have been hectic; midnight hospital visits included amongst a million other things. But then again that’s a story for another day. Keeping things positive shall we? Every situation helps us learn and grow simply stronger. I have learnt also that God is always in Control.
For my look i went for a pair of shorts. I wanted something comfortable. I threw in the Kimono to cover up a bit. I wore the heels for a very short time and spent the rest of the visit in flat sandals.
I hope you guys are having a marvelous week.
Thank you for stopping by.
