Introducing Lifestyle Saturdays!
Saturdays are the best, well at least they are to me. And I am sure most of you guys can agree with me. Its usually a day most of us get to unwind and just get to relax.
Today is a special day because i am introducing a new segment on the blog called “Lifestyle Saturdays.” This a segment were we get to talk all things lifestyle. With the help of other foodies, this month of September, the segment will be bringing you easy and fun recipes that you can try for the weekend.
To kick start our lifestyle Saturday fun recipes is Miriam who runs the blog; New Kid On The Block
1/2 cup sliced cherry Tomatoe,
250g English/Baby Spinach
1/2 avocado Avocado
1/2 cup Italian Canned Tomatoe (but you can use any kind)
Rosemary and Olive
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Arrange your rinsed spinach,tomatoes, avocado , feta and some Italian tomato into a lightly oiled baking dish
Add eggs on top of of your mixed ingredients .
Crack the eggs carefully so to not break the yolk.
Season with salt and pepper and herbs
Put in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the eggs are thoroughly cooked.
You can serve this with beautiful dish with Health Bread if you are expecting to have a long day.
